Short Falls consists of six miniature waterfalls collaged from the everyday paperwork that can easily escalate into clutter. The cascading forms reflect the overwhelm brought on by life’s relentless demands and the constant barrage of communication from various channels. Yet, through watery imagery and the meditative act of making, the work also suggests a counterflow towards calm and clarity.
