One of my earliest paintings on board, Gathering was inspired by the beautiful skeleton flowers, feathers, leaves and branches that I collect and photograph on my nature walks. A reminder of old school nature tables and the glass jars and vases in which I arrange my collected items at home, acting as inspiration for my paintings and drawings.
